The Hospitals of Hope, Bolivia medical complex is located twenty minutes west of Cochabamba on Avenida Blanco Galindo.
The hospital staff attends between sixty to eighty patients daily with most being attended in the morning. We average between ten and twenty vaginal deliveries per month. A combination of orthopedics, general surgery, neurosurgery, ENT, gastroenterology, obstetrics and ophthalmology comprise the twenty to forty surgeries per month.
Seventeen of the beds are central multi-parameter monitored beds capable of simple to invasive ICU monitoring. The hospital has central oxygen, air, and vacuum to all patient beds except the semi-private and private rooms.
Hospitals of Hope has the only organized EMS system that covers the west side of Cochabamba, with three ambulances in the network.
