Bolivia is requiring all US citizens traveling to Bolivia to obtain a visa. These requirements are to take affect December 1, 2007.
In order to receive a visa, you must have the following:

One passport-type photo

Copy of complete round-trip ticket(s) or confirmed intinerary

Copy of recent bank statement showing sufficient funds for travel

International Certificate of Vaccination fo Yellow Fever

Letter of invitation from Hospitals of Hope

100 dollar fee
