How is Hospitals of Hope organized and structured?

Hospitals of Hope is organized around a full-time U.S. staff of four with eleven part-time board members. The Chief Executive Officer is in charge of the daily international operations and is accountable to the Board of Directors. In Bolivia, we have a full-time national director who is in charge of overseeing our ministry in that country and is directly accountable to the CEO and BOD in Wichita, Kansas. This has allowed the overall mission to stay consistent and has stream-lined the decision-making process.

The BOD meets quarterly unless circumstances direct meetings to be more frequent. The BOD is a tight group of like-minded individuals that work and play together for the glory of God. The strength of HOH is found in prayer and the commitment of the BOD to the goals of the ministry.

The CEO is directly responsible for the financial decisions of the ministry as outlined within the policy and procedures of the organization.
